18. Termination

19. Assignment

To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate NaturalInsomniaCureSecret.com and/or its affiliates’ intellectual property rights, NaturalInsomniaCureSecret.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any provincial or federal court in California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Newport Beach, CA. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Newport Beach, CA. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

21. Amendments

NaturalInsomniaCureSecret.com may change the provisions of this Agreement. When NaturalInsomniaCureSecret.com changes the terms of this Agreement, NaturalInsomniaCureSecret.com will notify you by email or online postings on this Site. The changes will also appear in this document, which you can access any time. You already agreed to be bound by the changes when you first subscribed to the site. If you do not agree to be bound by the changes, you should not use the Site again and you should cancel your subscription to the Site. 22. Entire Agreement; Severability; No Waiver

23. General

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that its remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, provided that the allocation of risks described herein is given effect to the fullest extent possible. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
